Tenant Liaison Officer/Customer Service Assistant

We are working with a leading retrofit decarbonisation solutions provider and principal contractor, delivering at scale across all housing tenure types in the Northwest. They are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team on a site in Wythenshawe.

Due to the nature of this role, previous experience in a Tenant Liaison Officer role is not essential, the client is open to receiving CVs from candidates who have Customer Facing experience.

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants in social, owner-occupied, and private rental homes undergoing retrofit works. You will ensure that tenants are kept informed about the works being carried out, addressing any concerns or queries they may have, and ensuring that disruption is minimised.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help tenants have a positive experience during the retrofit process. 

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25-27k with a car allowance, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to making a real impact in the fight against climate change.
