Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Manchester, working on an exciting high-rise project. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of the project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, to budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the commercial aspects of the project, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
* Prepare and manage tender documentation, including bids and tenders
* Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor progress and identify potential issues
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issuesRequirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high-rise projects
* Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with industry-standard software such as MS Project, Excel, and WordWhat They Offer:
