**Job Description:**
We are working with a client who are seeking an experienced and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their site team in Wrexham. The company have a 4-year framework refurbishment contract in place with a healthy pipeline of projects going forward, offering excellent opportunities for career growth and development.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to the site teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with the construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
**Requirements:**
* Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a quantity surveying role, preferably in social housing refurbishment (although they are open to candidates with experience in other sectors)
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
