- Description
Our Client, a Leading main contractor across the Northeast are looking to expand the Commercial Team. Projects include a New Build housing development site for this Role.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Ability to compile subcontractor and supplier enquiries.
- Have an understanding of estimating both schedules of rates and first principle estimating.
- Competent in Review, Analyse and reporting back on subcontractor and supplier returns.
- Ability to take off measurements in basic form.
- Attend Sites and value subcontractor works.
What we need from you:
- Previous New Build housing experience (Essential)
- Ability to perform the listed above.
- Driving License
- HNC/degree level in Quantity Surveying.
