They are committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to join the team to oversee the mechanical and electrical services on their high-rise projects.
**Job Summary:**
They are looking for a skilled and motivated M&E Manager to lead the team in the planning, design, and installation of mechanical and electrical services on their high-rise projects. As an M&E Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting client expectations, and maintaining their reputation for quality and reliability.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage the planning, design, and installation of M&E services on high-rise projects from concept to completion
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for M&E services
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements
* Ensure that all M&E systems are designed and installed to meet relevant building regulations and industry standards
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure that M&E services are integrated with other building systems
* Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians on site
* Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that work meets company standards
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met
* Manage and control project costs, ensuring that budgets are met or exceeded**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field - Not essential
* Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E management on high-rise projects
* Strong knowledge of building services engineering principles and regulations (e.g., CIBSE, BS EN 806-1)
* Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work at heights and confined spaces (PPE provided)
* Valid CSCS card or equivalent
* Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., CEng, MIET)**What They Offer:**
