We are working with a leading main contractor seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team in South London. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing a live residential block façade remediation project from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
**Key Requirements:**
* Proven track record of successfully running your own projects with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
* Specific experience in Cladding and Building façade works, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of façade remediation
* Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and clients in a live residential setting
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)**Responsibilities:**
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the project, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the required quality standards
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality work
* Ensure effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
* Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans as necessary
