Our client are a Leading Construction and Residential Contractor are looking for a Project manager on a fixed-term basis in the Northeast area.
Responsibilities:
- Support the overall programming and planning of the build.
- Manage a team to ensure work is carried out with quality, environmental and safety standards. Provide knowledge, guidance and direction to ensure operational success.
- Manage the on-site construction process, in line with plans.
- Maintain Positive relationships with clients to ensure contracts are delivered in line with project agreements.
What are we looking for:
- Experience working with main Contractor or large sub-contractor.
- Proven knowledge of the construction industry.
- Attention to Health & Safety matters.
- Degree/equivalent in construction management or similar.
