We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our client's team for a short-term assignment starting on Monday. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and potentially secure a long-term position with the company.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in main contracting, with a strong track record of managing construction sites and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of site staff and contractors
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Experience with construction management software and systems, including CMU, FIS, and BIM

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage the day-to-day activities of the construction site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project plans and specifications
* Coordinate with site staff, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all materials and labor are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
* Monitor and report on site progress, including recording daily logs and submitting regular progress reports
* Ensure that all site safety procedures are adhered to, and that the site is maintained in a clean and tidy condition
