- Description
We are recruiting for a Pitched Roofing Contracts Manager, for a permanent full time position, within a fast growing Roofing Contractor based in Salford.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects from point of order through to completion
- Ensuring that work is installed to a high quality and to British Standards
- Bringing projects to completion on time and in budget
- Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements and ensuring strict compliance to Health and Safety on site
- Scheduling resources, plant and ordering materials
- Liaising with customers and subcontractors
Candidates must have:
- Experience in managing flat and pitched roofing projects
- Be highly organised.
- Have good IT and communication skills
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS qualification or higher ideal
- Full UK Driving Licence
Job Type: Full-time
Negotiable salary: £55,000+ per year (experience dependant) with a company car
Supplemental pay types:
Yearly bonus
