Job Role: Contracts Manager - Housing
Location: West Yorkshire Salary: £65,000/£78,000 + Package (D.O.E)
Duties - Linear Recruitment have a longstanding track record of working with House Builders across the West Yorkshire region.
We are happy to be working with a growing House Builder who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to their Yorkshire region.
We are looking for applicants who have a proven track record working as a Contracts Manager within the New Build Housing sector, who are strong with programming and planning projects, and who has strong IT skills.
Applicants will need to show a track record of excellent management and communication skills with the ability to proactively manage production teams on several live construction sites at any one time, including direct labour and sub-contractor resource and the ability to deliver quality construction projects within budget and programme timescales in a safe environment.
