- Description
We are currently working with a client who are looking to recruit two Quantity Surveyors for their commercial team. This is due to retirement and expansion.
With a turnover of around £10m, they are a mixed new build and refurbishment main contractor with a focus on projects in the North West.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction industry.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Estimating and preparing tender documents
- Managing project costs and budgets
- Conducting cost analysis and reporting
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Identifying areas for cost savings and value engineering
- Providing support to the project team as required
Based in Knowsley, the successful candidate can expect to be involved in a variety of exciting projects and will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. In return, they are offering a competitive total package of up to £60k.
