Project Manager

Are you an experienced Civils Site Agent or Project manager looking for a new challenge? If you are well rounded in all aspects of contract management and can reliably deliver projects with a team and with limited direct management but are sufficiently aware as to when to engage senior team members as appropriate then this role could be for you. 

Our client is looking for someone who can join the team and be onsite across the North East and Yorkshire on a variety of heavy civil projects. 

Your Qualifications

• Ideally Degree, HND, NVQ level 4-7 in Civil Engineering, environmental, geotechnical, or construction/earthwork related.
• 5 years plus having previously been in the role as Site Agent.
• Mandatory SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, CAT, and Asbestos Aware.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, excel, and Microsoft project.
• Useful : NRSWA , MHFA , Wamitab; confined spaces, IOSH, CAD, ground modeling, NEC management software.

Your experience 

• You have 5 years of experience as a Site Agent working on heavy civils projects (ideal)
• A proven leader able to communicate well at all levels.
• Focus on forward planning of jobs and the ability to communicate your plan well onsite and to the stakeholders.
• Focus on Health and Safety with a proven track record of safe sites. 
• Good understanding of necessary contracts, processes, and procedures.
• Strong IT skills.
