Are you an experienced site manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client is currently seeking a permanent Site Manager for a project in Wolverhampton involving 2 industrial units on an 18-acre site.
The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy civils, managing sub-contractors, industrial projects, blockwork, and/or fit out. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project, managing sub contractors and health and safety on site, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
The working hours for this role are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, offering a great work-life balance. Immediate start available but they will wait for notice periods.
