Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a reputable construction company based in Bradford, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing industrial and commercial design and build projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the high standard expected by the company. You will need to have a thorough knowledge of CDM and demonstrate good leadership qualities.
Duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of the construction site, including planning, organising, and coordinating activities
- Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors and site workers
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing project budgets and schedules
- Communicating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise on siteIn addition to the Redcar site, you will need to travel to the office in Bradford, so flexibility is key. The company is offering a salary of around £50K, along with a car or allowance.
