Are you an experienced Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Ideally based in West London, the main site is based in Croydon but you will be required to travel at least once a fortnight to cover the Newport Project.
You must have a proven track record of running your own projects commercially, with experience in producing Project CVR’s (Cost/Value Reconciliation).
As a self-sufficient individual, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, with no supporting Assistant or Trainee QS’s. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level and make a real impact in the construction industry.
This is a fixed term contract of 14 months' minimum but may have the chance to go permanent due to the pipeline of work.
