Job Title: Architect (RIBA/ARB)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: East London
We are working closely with an acclaimed AJ100 firm based in East London, seeking an experienced Architect to contribute to the expansion of our client's London studio. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality, residential, and commercial projects across the UK. They should demonstrate the ability to lead projects and project teams, while adeptly managing client relationships. Additionally, a solid grasp of sustainable building design and delivery is highly desirable. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing an opportunity for career development.
The Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- RIBA/ARB registered
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial projects
- Competence in managing planning applications
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
