Our client is looking for an experienced Factory manager to join their team.
The client designs manufactures and installs Architectural glazing systems for major construction sites in the North East.
Job role
- Recent/current experience as a factory manager.
- Manage, motivate, supervise, and support your team.
- Implement behavioural safety and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame.
- Train and supervise production staff.
Ideal candidate
- Will have a background within the window and door fabrication.
- Previous experience as a production manager, supervisor, or team leader.
- Be able to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Must currently reside in the UK.
