Linear are working alongside a leading house builders is looking for an Assistant Site Manager in Rotherham/ Doncaster region.
This is a brilliant opportunity to become part of a highly successful company, with a high volume of work in the pipeline
As Assistant Site Manager you will be responsible for managing aspects of a construction development site, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient, and cost-effective works always, while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service are delivered within the given timescales.Your new role consists of overseeing the completion and handover of 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes, ensuring they are built to a high quality and finish. You will be working closely with subcontractors ensuring they work to the project programme and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of NHBC Standards. You will have strong experience as an Assistant Site Manager and can provide recent references on new build housing sites, you will have a valid SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid qualification, good work ethic and be a complete team player.
