We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our client, who specialises in industrial projects with a strong focus on civil engineering and groundworks.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a QS degree with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, or alternatively, possess 10 years of relevant industry experience.
As a Quantity Surveyor with this company, you will be responsible for a wide array of estimating and quantity surveying tasks. Your duties will include accurately assessing project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities, producing valuations, managing subcontractor contracts, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
In return for your expertise, they offer a competitive salary in the range of £60,000 to £65,000, dependent on your experience. Additionally, we provide a supportive and collaborative work environment, ensuring you have the tools and resources necessary to excel in your role.
