- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep clients updated on project milestones, risks, and anticipated outcomes, maintaining strong relationships throughout.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and supervise the installation process, ensuring adherence to all health and safety protocols.
- Procure necessary materials, equipment, and services, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers to optimize project efficiency and profitability.Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the interiors industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects of varying scales.
- Proficient in project management software, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, health and safety standards, and building codes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
