Job Advert: Installation Manager
We are working with a dynamic and growing interiors company, who are recruiting for an Installation Manager! We are searching for someone with strong site management experience to oversee the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Site Management Experience: Utilize your expertise to manage and coordinate installation projects on various sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
- Labour and Resource Management: Efficiently manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Health and Safety: Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety by implementing rigorous protocols and ensuring all project activities comply with regulations, minimizing the risk of incidents and injuries.
- Problem Solving Skills: Employ your critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during installations, guaranteeing efficient progress and timely solutions.
- Excellent Communication: Interact effectively with internal teams and external clients, maintaining strong working relationships to ensure successful project delivery. You will work directly with clients on live sites, ensuring their requirements are met while adhering to incident and injury-free health and safety methods.
- Experience in Understanding Drawings and Delivery Schedules: Utilize your experience in interpreting construction drawings and delivery schedules accurately, ensuring efficient resource planning, and installation execution.
- Relevant H&S Certification and Training Accreditations: Possess the necessary certifications and accreditations, such as CSCS, SSSTS, SMSTS, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Microsoft Package Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft packages, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, would be beneficial, enabling effective reporting and communication within the company.
- Full Clean Driving Licence: Hold a valid driver's license, allowing you to travel as required to project sites.
