Site Supervisor

Our client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager or Site supervisor with specific experience in building and fitting out clean rooms. If you are a skilled and passionate Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor looking for a challenging and rewarding role. This is a permanent role but the company will consider a temp to perm contract for the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Working on a flagship project, this role is for a package Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manger in the construction and fit out of a clean room.
• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople, to deliver high-quality work within strict timeframes.
• Implement and enforce health and safety practices, adhering to SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) guidelines.
• Regularly liaise with Site Manager on progress updates.
• Monitor construction progress, identify and resolve any potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications and regulations.
• Support the Site Manger to maintain accurate records, including site diaries and health and safety logs.

Requirements:

• Experience of building Cleanrooms is essential.
• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.
• Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driving license.
