Position: Project Leader (Architecture)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000
Type: Permanent
Location: London
Due to an increase in workload within the healthcare sector, our client are actively seeking to grow their team by recruiting an architect to take the role of a project leader. Join a well-established healthcare and master planning design studio, recognised in the AJ100, renowned for award-winning projects in hospital designs and town planning.
Apart from their focus on healthcare, the studio has earned acclaim for its involvement in residentially led mixed-use projects and aviation internationally and in the UK. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the production of technical packages and managing project contracts from initiation to completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
- RIBA/ARB qualification
- A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record and experience within the healthcare sector.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
