Quantity Surveyor

Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new opportunity within the New Build Housing Industry? Any background will be considered!

The future outlook of the company is a great prospect for a Quantity Surveyor of any level looking for a challenge, diversified workload or simply to be part of something more.  Culture is a huge aspect of the company and they have set up in a way that allows for speed with the majority of red tape being removed, you will be involved with projects from start to finish right up to the final handover, allowing for complete control of the sites you will manage.

Role will include but is not limited to:

• Tendering

• Budgeting

• Valuations

• Adaptions (where required)

What's required:

• Can do attitude

• Ability to work in a smaller team/company 

• Prior Quantity Surveying experience (No minimum experience level required)

• Ideally from a New Build Housing, Social Housing, Construction or Trades background (all backgrounds will be considered)

Salary is open DOE to avoid people being pigeon holed into salary bandings, this is about finding the right candidate rather than sticking to a strict budget.
