Site Manager – East London
Location: East London
Start Date: 26th October
Project: Exhibition Centre – Toilet Upgrade Works
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee toilet upgrade works at an exhibition centre in East London.
Requirements
- SMSTS – essential
- CSCS – essential
- First Aid at Work – essential
- Previous experience managing construction/refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, labour and deliveries
- Good communication and organisational skills
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the works
- Liaising with the client and project team
- Supervising subcontractors and site operatives
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard
- Managing site health & safety and documentation
- Monitoring progress and resolving issues on site
