Internal Finishing Manager – High-Rise

Our client, a leading main contractor, is seeking an experienced Internal Finishing Manager to join a flagship high-rise residential development in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale city centre project, taking responsibility for the internal fit-out and finishing stages through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all internal finishing works from first fix through to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and programme targets are achieved.
• Oversee the completion of apartments and communal areas, ensuring finishes meet the required specification.
• Carry out quality inspections, snagging and de-snagging works.
• Monitor progress and resolve site issues to maintain programme.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company health & safety procedures.
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Design Team and Client representatives.
• Support the commissioning and handover process, ensuring a smooth project completion.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Finishing Manager, Internal Package Manager or Site Manager on residential or mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality internal finishes on large-scale projects, ideally high-rise developments.
• Strong eye for detail with excellent quality control and snagging experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred.
