The Role
You'll play a key role in the design and delivery of residential developments, producing thoughtful, practical layouts that balance design quality with commercial viability. What You'll Be Doing

- Developing planning and technical drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Designing layouts that respond to planning policy, site constraints and housebuilder requirements.
- Supporting projects through multiple RIBA stages.
- Coordinating with planners, engineers, consultants and internal design teams.
- Ensuring designs align with current Building Regulations and evolving Future Homes Standards.
What We're Looking For
