Our client, who is an award winning developer, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. With specific project in the pipeline, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start a project in March 2024 on a large residential project of 200+ units.
Person specification:
This is an opportunity to join a company where you can come in and make a difference from day one. Putting your mark on the developments in order to push towards winning awards with full support from the Directors.
As a Site Manager, you will be well established and confident in a standalone role.
You will be responsible for:
• Maintenance of company required Health & Safety procedures / initiatives including PPE, Site Inductions, Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments, Work Permits, Scaffold/Lifting equipment inspections.
• Making sure that the programme is kept to a tight deadline.
The applicant should have an NVQ at Level 4 and site management experience (gained in house building).
In addition, SMSTS, along with a relevant up to date CSCS card. It is also preferable to have a first aid qualification along with scaffold appreciation.
The salary is competitive (depending on experience) + package
