Role: Senior Architect
Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type: Permanent
Location: West-London
If you have a wealth of healthcare knowledge and specialise in the design and planning of healthcare facilities, such as hospitals, clinics and medical offices, then we want to hear from you! We are looking for an ambitious and talented Architect to join our client's multi-disciplinary, and long-established AJ100 architectural firm, known for working across many sectors with specialist skills in landscape, interior and urban design. You will be joining a thriving and fantastic working environment that offers hybrid working and flexible working hours. The Senior Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- A degree in Architecture; RIBA or ARB registered.
- Experience in being responsible for the delivery of architectural projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and NBS.
- Must have a deep technical understanding of healthcare environments.
- Able to produce detailed layouts of healthcare facilities for efficient workflow.
- Understand and stay up-to-date with UK building codes and regulations related to healthcare facilities.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- UK healthcare experience is essential.
