Assistant Site Manager

Are you an Assistant Site Manager looking to work at one of the leading Social Housing Contractors within the North East?

The role is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the best and biggest names within Social Housing through out the north east along with the prospect of advancing and enhancing your career. My client has a strong focus on the refurbishment side of things and the role will see you working across both external and internal refurbishments to tenanted residential properties, ideally applicants will have experience within refurbishments.

What you will be doing (but not limited to):

• Workload involves assisting with managing streams of work including both external and internal refurbishments to tenanted domestic properties

• Assist with Drawings, Specifications, Contract Documentation and Compliance

• Ensuring Quality of the refurbishments

What were looking for:

• Previous experience as an Assistance Site Manager ideally from a domestic refurbishment background (commercial may be considered)

• Experience managing external and internal refurbishment 

• Project Management experience

• Experience adhering to compliance measures

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package including Car Allowance.
