We are currently partnering with a well-established architectural practice looking to appoint a Project Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in North Yorkshire.
Responsibilities:
- To lead the design and development of multiple or large scale commercial projects.
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- To provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience post bachelor’s degree of experience in commercial architecture.
- Proven track record of running complex projects from concept to completion.
- Proficient in all Revit functions (preferred)
- Experience in undertaking both CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer roles.
- A practical knowledge of relevant UK Building Regulations and design standards.
- Strong job running skills.
