North East | Architectural Technologist | Education Projects | Revit Essential

£45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
 

Following the award of several new school projects across Yorkshire and the North East, our client is looking to appoint an experienced job-running Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong Technologist who enjoys delivering projects, working across all RIBA stages, and wants clear progression, support toward chartership (MCIAT), and the chance to develop within a highly collaborative studio.

The Role

  • 4+ years’ industry experience ideally.
  • Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
  • Confident producing full technical drawing packages.
  • Experience on education projects advantageous.
  • Working across all RIBA stages.
  • Close collaboration with Architects and senior team members.
  • Revit experience essential.
  • Job-running responsibility and project involvement from early design through delivery.
