An established, independent, globally minded interior design studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end commercial projects across the UK and internationally.

The Role

You will take creative and technical responsibility for commercial interior projects, delivering sophisticated, luxury-led schemes from concept to completion. Working closely with Directors and Associates, you will guide projects strategically and creatively while managing teams and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial interior design projects through all RIBA stages.
• Develop strong, concept-driven design narratives.
• Oversee technical drawing packages and detailing.
• Manage client relationships and presentations.
• Coordinate consultants and contractors.
• Mentor junior team members.

About You

• Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 8+ years’ UK studio experience (commercial sector essential).
• Experience in high-end / luxury environments.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong technical knowledge and interior architecture understanding.
• Confident project manager with polished client-facing skills.
• Professional, personable, and creatively driven.
