We have an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as an Estimator to work in their offices in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Review and summarise tender documents for effective internal and external communication.
- Produce professional documentation to establish clear tender baselines
- Carry out measurement and scheduling of construction works
- Review and evaluate subcontractors based on cost and value
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the refurb or fit-out industry
- A minimum of 4 years' estimating experience
- Experience with JCT/NEC contracts
- Full UK driving licence
- To be able to travel to sites in the North West of England
