We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to lead a new build care home project in Crawley on a 18-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business.
If you have direct experience on new build care homes / multi room schemes, we would love to hear from you.

• Position: Freelance Senior Site Manager
• Duration: 18 months
• Location: Crawley

Requirements:
• Proven experience on multi room schemes as a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager
• Must have in date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
• Must be able to commit to the full contract
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day to day operations
• Ensure program is on track
• Co-ordinate trades
• Daily site reports
• Monitor H&S compliance including toolbox talks and audits
