We have an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as a Project Manager at their offices in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on site operations ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure that projects run smoothly.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience within construction on projects valued over £8m
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
Desirable:
Degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
Chartered membership of a professional body (e.g. CIOB, RICS)
