We are seeking a Mid or Senior level Architectural Technician with experience of running jobs in sectors including, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial. This role will also be a leadership role where you will be involved in development of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and construction documentation.
- Oversee BIM coordination and technical quality standards.
- Manage project programmes, resources, and client relationships.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice construction solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Chartered (MCIAT) preferred.
- Extensive experience with UK building regulations and complex projects.
- Strong Revit and BIM management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
