Role: Architectural Technologist
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our client's architectural team in London. The primary focus will be on healthcare projects, with involvement in education and mixed-use endeavours. We are on the lookout for individuals with a passion for collaborative work, driven to make a positive impact on communities.
As an Architectural Technologist, your responsibilities will involve developing detailed technical drawings and specifications based on design concepts. You will ensure that designs align with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. Additionally, you'll conduct site visits and actively participate in site and project team meetings as required.
The Architectural Technologist will ideally have the following attributes:
- A degree or diploma qualification in Architectural Technology.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the industry.
- The ability to produce packages using stages 3 and 4.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- The right to work in the UK.
