Position: Senior Revit Technical Designer
Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time/6-month Temporary Contract
Location: Northeast Wiltshire
We are actively seeking a Senior Revit Technical Designer to join the dynamic commercial design team at our client's growing studio in Wiltshire. In collaboration with the head of design, you will play a pivotal role in delivering training, overseeing the implementation of Revit and BIM, and contributing to the overall design process.

The Senior Revit Technical Designer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
- Profound understanding of Revit with excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless integration into our design processes.
- Strong expertise in Revit and BIM, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of current UK building regulations and drafting standards.
- Experience in design and construction methods.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English.
- Right to work in the UK.
The responsibilities of the Senior Revit Technical Designer role include:
- Provide training and oversee the implementation of Revit software to educate the team.
- Contribute to projects post-concept design agreement.
- Offer continuous support and guidance to team members transitioning to Revit.
- Oversee the seamless integration of Revit into existing processes.
- Liaise with the broader team and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
- Ensure technical drawings and specifications are detailed, accurate, coherent, and delivered on time to the wider team.
- Produce and manage specification schedules, including drawing issue schedules, room data sheets, and finishes schedules.
