Position: Senior Design Architect
Salary Range: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent

We are working on an exciting opportunity for a qualified Senior Architect to join the bustling studio of our client in London. The firm engages in a diverse array of projects, spanning various design stages, both in the UK and internationally. They specialide in major resorts featuring multi-hotel and residential accommodations, extending their reach to 5-star getaways in major cities worldwide.
This role is custom-tailored for an skilled and ambitious individual with a senior-level focus on design. We are seeking a talented senior design architect deeply passionate about creative design, particularly with strong experience in the initial and concept design stages. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in leading and motivating project teams, ensuring that all work adheres to specific standards and building codes.
The Senior Design Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
- Degree in Architecture; Must be ARB registered or RIBA Part 3 qualified.
- Experience in master planning, mixed-use, and resort sectors.
- Track record of leading medium to large-scale mixed-use projects.
- Strong ability to present and communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Excellent conceptual and technical design skills.
- Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup is advantageous.
- Right to work in the UK.
