Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Project Manager in the Leeds area. This role is due to start immediately and is working on a part-time basis – 2 days a week. We are looking for an experienced PM to lead the project in Leeds city centre on a new build 2-story gym. This includes steel frame, external cladding and an internal fit out.
Job duties:
- Manage the site based Site Manager
- Organise and manage subcontractors on site
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
- Liaise with the client
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations
Experience required:
- Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
- Must have detailed experience on similar projects
- Must have strong organisational and communication skills
