- Description
We are currently recruiting a freelance Site Manager to start immediately in Birmingham city centre. The project involves groundworks for a new build commercial unit.
Role details:
• Position: Freelance Site Manager
• Duration: Till Project is completed
• Location: Birmingham
• Start Date: Immediately
• Sector: Main Contractor
Requirements:
• Proven experience with groundworks
• Must have in date Black CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
• Must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day to day operations
• Ensure program is on track
• Co-ordinate trades and civils contractors
• Daily site reports
• Monitor H&S compliance including toolbox talks and audits
