Freelance Site Administrator – Mid-Rise Residential Scheme
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Administrator to support the delivery of a mid-rise residential development. This role will play a key part in assisting the design team and ensuring smooth management of project information.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the design team.

Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Upload, track, and maintain records using Aconex (experience essential).

Coordinate document flow between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Assist with reporting, meeting minutes, and general project administration.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Site Administrator (ideally within residential or construction projects).

Strong working knowledge of Aconex – this is critical to the role.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a freelance capacity.
