Freelance Site Administrator – Mid-Rise Residential Scheme

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Administrator to support the delivery of a mid-rise residential development. This role will play a key part in assisting the design team and ensuring smooth management of project information.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the design team.

• Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Upload, track, and maintain records using Aconex (experience essential).

• Coordinate document flow between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

• Assist with reporting, meeting minutes, and general project administration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Administrator (ideally within residential or construction projects).

• Strong working knowledge of Aconex – this is critical to the role.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a freelance capacity.
