Linear Recruitment are proud to be working with a Leading North East Contractor, for who we are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Our client are continually growing and have an extremely strong reputation across the North of England for the successful delivery of projects.Workload includes domestic Social Housing refurbishment, with possible opportunities to work in other fields in the long term.
Applicants should hold relevant Construction related qualifications and experience working in a Assistant Quantity Surveying role.
Responsibilities include:- Assist with the Management of all commercial resources of each required project to maximise planned gross margin
- Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Assist with the Management of authorisation and submission of projects variants, authorise the placement of all contracts, materials and plant orders
