Freelance Facades Site Manager – High-Rise

Rate: £280-£300 per day

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Facades Site Manager to join a live high-rise residential scheme in North London. This is a key role focused on overseeing retained brick façade works and ensuring compliance with fire safety and quality assurance standards.

Role Overview:

• Oversee site activities for the retained brick façade construction phase.

• Coordinate and supervise façade subcontractors and ensure alignment with the programme.

• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with fire safety regulations and building control requirements.

• Implement and maintain robust QA procedures and site reporting.

• Liaise with the wider project team to resolve issues and maintain progress on site.

Requirements:

• Strong track record managing façade packages on high-rise or complex building projects.

• Proven knowledge of retained brick façade systems and structural interfaces.

• Good understanding of fire safety compliance, particularly for high-rise developments.

• Experience delivering to quality assurance and documentation standards.

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications essential.
