- Description
An excellent opportunity for a Sub Agent to support the delivery of civils projects including highways, roads, drainage, and flood defence schemes. You’ll help manage site teams, sub-contractors, and project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities

Support the Site Agent/Project Manager with site delivery and management of smaller contracts

Manage site operatives, staff, and sub-contractors

Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and project management plans

Monitor costs, budgets, and work programmes

Manage design coordination and sub-contractor engagement

Maintain strong client relationships and local stakeholder engagement
Essential
-
Civils experience on highways, roads, drainage, or flood defence projects
-
Knowledge of NEC contracts and main contractor environment
-
Relevant industry qualification (SMSTS or equivalent)

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region

First Aid at Work qualification (desirable)

Right to work in the UK
