Trades Package Manager

Job Advertisement: Trades Package Manager – High-Rise Scheme, London 

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent (Temp-to-Perm Option Considered)
Location: London N17

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Trades Package Manager to join a flagship high-rise development in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of a major project with a respected main contractor.

The Role:

As a Trades Package Manager, you will take ownership of multiple internal or external trade packages on a high-rise residential/mixed-use scheme. Working closely with the site and project management teams, you’ll ensure that subcontractors deliver safely, to programme, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate allocated trade packages (e.g., drylining, MEP, cladding, carpentry, etc.)

• Ensure subcontractors are delivering work safely, on time, and to the required quality

• Attend and lead coordination meetings, tracking progress and resolving site issues

• Work closely with commercial and design teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Monitor materials, logistics, and site readiness for trades

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing trades packages on high-rise or large residential schemes

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination

• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White), and First Aid (preferred)

• Background with a main contractor or tier-one subcontractor is advantageous
