Role: Contracts Manager
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £50K-£60K + Package
As M&E Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of M&E services. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of mechanical installations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency are at the forefront of every project. Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in delivering outstanding results to our clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contracts/Project Manager within the construction sector is essential.
A strong background in M&E engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's best practices.
Proactive and forward thinking with a readiness to help grow the business and who can possibly provide contacts and recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ideally qualified by apprenticeship or to C&G / ONC level
SMSTS card or SSSTS
Minimum 5 years experience working as a Project/Cobtracts Manager or similar within a construction background.
