The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager / Trades Package Manager to join a major high-rise residential development starting this September. This is a freelance role with a reputable main contractor, ideal for someone confident managing key trade packages on a complex, multi-storey build.

Key Duties:

• Oversee multiple subcontractor packages on-site, from structure through to fit-out.

• Ensure works are progressing to schedule, to specification, and to the highest safety standards.

• Coordinate daily site activity and interface between trades.

• Attend site meetings, manage documentation, and report progress.

• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing trades on high-rise or RC frame projects.

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid are essential.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and drive progress on site.

The Contract:

• Start: September 2025

• Duration: Long-term freelance

• Rate: Competitive day rate, negotiable based on experience
