- Description
Linear Recruitment are looking for an experienced Project Manager on a long-term freelance basis in Ruislip, Northwest London. The project involves part internal refurbishment and 2 extensions to a live safe storage facility.
Overview:
- Freelance role
- Start date – end of July
- 52-week contract
- New build and refurbishment – live site
- Rates – negotiable
Experience required:
- In date tickets, must have – CSCS, SMSTS, FA, Temporary Works Coordinator and Fire Marshall.
- Detailed experience leading on similar projects
- Experience working on live sites
- Experience in client facing roles
Job duties:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations
- Oversee project timelines and updating key stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams and various stakeholders to update on progress
- Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs
- Monitor project progress and address any issues / changes promptly
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations
